Yoga & Pilates is for everyone and at greenhaus studio we have a variety of small group and semi-private Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes, including Vinyasa, Yin and matwork Pilates. Our small group and semi-private classes ensure individual attention to maximise the benefit to you.
As well as our regular classes, we often hold special workshops such as Mindfulness Meditation, The Art of Slow, Ayurveda & Yoga, and Sound Immersion and more.
Currently, we offer Meditation in combination with our Restorative Yin & Meditation classes held twice a week. We also offer Mindfulness Meditation on a one to one basis, with a highly trained and experienced meditation practitioner. For bookings, please contact us. Or click here to find out more.
