Greenhaus Insider Terms & Conditions

The following terms apply to participation in the Greenhaus Insider program.

Joining Credit

• The Greenhaus Insider joining fee converts into a $149 credit redeemable on product or treatment.

• The credit must be redeemed within 45 days of the membership start date.

• The credit must be redeemed in a single transaction.

• The credit cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred or reissued.

Credit Redemption Conditions

• The credit may be applied toward any treatment valued at $200 or more.

• The credit may be applied toward product purchases valued at $300 or more.

• If the total purchase exceeds the credit value, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of purchase.

Online Membership Purchases

• Greenhaus Insider memberships purchased online will receive a welcome email containing a unique credit code and instructions to redeem the credit or book their first treatment.

• Clients must be logged into their Greenhaus account online to access Insider preferred pricing.

Insider Preferred Pricing

Greenhaus Insider members receive:

• 7% preferred pricing on Augustinus Bader skincare
• 7% preferred pricing on Macrene Actives skincare
• 7% preferred pricing on all fragrance purchases
• 15% preferred pricing on treatments

Preferred pricing is applied at the time of purchase and is available only to registered Insider members.

Preferred pricing applies to full-sized retail products only unless otherwise stated.

Greenhaus reserves the right to exclude specific products or brands from Insider pricing where required by supplier agreements.

Treatment Preferred Pricing

• Treatment preferred pricing cannot be shared between clients.

• Standard Greenhaus booking and cancellation policies apply to all treatment bookings.

Discount Conditions

• Insider preferred pricing cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, sales, offers or discounts.

• Only one offer or discount may be applied per transaction.

Membership Conditions

• Greenhaus Insider membership benefits are non-transferable and available only to the registered member.

• Membership benefits are intended for personal use only.

Program Administration

• Greenhaus reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Greenhaus Insider program or its benefits at any time.

• Greenhaus also reserves the right to refuse or cancel membership where the program is used in a way inconsistent with its intended purpose.

• All purchases and services are subject to availability.
